So, I'm going to London in the fall....this is what I wanted and now I'm getting it, I just have to shake the persistent , nagging feeling that I'm gonna miss out on something at Drew. DOA was what made it ok for me to stay (and of course my lovely friends), but I think I'm just gonna run with the whole London thing and do it. I need to. Right?

SO, I'm in NY. Working for City Parks Foundation. I applied address labels and stamps to about 300 invites to the Audra McDonald benefit concert on the 28th. Bah. But I listend to about 3 hours of Harry Potter on my ipod....

Perks of this job? I get to go to the Damien Rice/Fiona Apple concert in July!!!!! That and I'll be at every other thing summerstage puts on back in the members area...so if anyone is at anything gimme a call.

Well this year has been pretty great, except I lived with this real bitch from Texas. I'm not gonna name any names or anything, but she's really heinous and constantly doing mean things to me. I don't know where she gets off being like this. God, I'm so glad she's going abroad and I won't have to see her at all til next February. That whore.

so anyways plans for the trip are all finalized..the motel room is booked...and Buist will be driving through CT on Sunday and pick me up on his way to Jersey! Then we're gonna crash at Drew (hey lisa! we'll be crashing in the suite is that ok?)(hide your food from buisty)

And then it's off to Ocean City with Buist, Taylor, Becky and Lindsay. Two days of beach then I return to pack and get my ass back to drew.

Woo. Water is gonna be nice because I haven't gotten to go to the beach all summer.

ummm so my my mom called me this afternoon and said she returned the volvo (this is the nice part about buying a car from a dealer you're friends with) it wasn't working well randomly...so he just took it back (and he ate probably $2500 in repairs he did to it) So now I'm getting another car. Either from auction (the car dealer will go to the auction and get us the car at essentially the price the dealers pay before they jack the price up $4000) or this 1999 Saab 9-3 from that dealer friend of my mom's. It used to be some CT CBS anchor's car...umm someone my mom is familiar with....

Kind of sad the volvo is gone :(
well maybe this car will have a sunroof??! annnnnd my mom is gonna pay the difference between what I payed for the volvo and the new car. wahahha.

He wants me to find out about getting credit---but my schedules full up, im not gonnna pay for more credits. But it's a good opp. that'll look pretty cool on a resume. At least I have no Friday classes so that can be go into the city and get crap done day.

So I went back to CT on Saturday, went to Adam's grad/bday thing...had some wine coolers and italian food...mmm.mmm. Anyways, so that night we all stayed at a hotel and partied it up (and maybe pissed off a couple hotel residents). Were out on the "balcony" or more likely ac storage area cos Adam's sister went and pried the window open and cut the screen.....and the beds were sooo comfy. I passed out and didn't wake up forever. OH and I did some shots of J.D and didn't make myself ill from it. YAY! Drunk dialed Buist a couple of times...cos...you kind of always have to do that.

All in all a very fun night!

But, I do think what happened had to occur in order for the plot to move along at all in the 7th book.

UMMM SO Drew told my mom they had all my financial aid stuff and all,you know..she sent it in in december. But hey, just when all the aid is coming out they're like OOOPS, we didn't have it. My mom spoke to the women on the phone weeks ago and she said she looking at my file and it was all a-ok.
WHAT THE FUCK. They're such idiots..I had money from them last year and hey it didn't occur to them that we magically wouldn't just be paying more! I looked at my bill on the site and it said $20,000. So I was like, ok for the year, thats cool. NO THATS FOR ONE SEMESTER. Bah. They better fix something cos THEY fucked up.

Went to Jonathan's house last night and saw Christine, Joe, Adam, Scott, Sam,Emily (jonathan's friend) and Lindsay! We partied in his RV in his driveway! And, got the po po to come out after we started a dance party.Some neighbors complained..they could have just asked us to shut up! But they did bring two cop cars, cos we're that threatening. As usual, I hid in the back whent hey came cos I'm cowardly and..underage. It was fun and sooo nice to get away from the city for a night. 7 of us attempted to sleep in the way back of the rv....with lindsay and adam in one bed..joe, emily and sam in another bed, and jonathan and I on the floor. Well,there were 2 perfectly good beds out in the front of the rv and we migrated to those. Woke up reallllly early cos the sun was coming in after only having slept for a couple hours. Surprisingyly we stayed awake.
Now, Jonathan is going to leave for Honduras monday so I wont see him for 3 or 4 months :(
But, he'll have to come visit next year at school.
Now i have some bug bites.
